Our company ever engaged in the production of forged cv joint parts, precision cold extrusion pieces for motorcycles, and has accumulated a dozen years of forging and pressing service experience. With the increasing demand for automobile components in China, we entered this field in 2000 relying on our strong technical force and years' experience in cold and hot forging process. We have developed the cold forged semi-finished constant velocity joint, Driven by the corporate spirit of "exploring and innovating, surpassing the past achievements", we deepened the processing of cv joint processing and in 2001 we achieved the series production of semi-finished and finished products, which has promoted the enterprise development to a large extent. Our company was certificated by ISO9001-2000 quality system in October 2002.
　　After the extended construction in 2004, our company has owned two factory areas for mechanical forging and machining, which cover an area of nearly 66, 666.67 sq. m. Now our company has possessed the annual production capability of 2 million semi-finished inner and outer cv joints forged parts and 350,000 pieces of finished cv joint and axles, owned the conditions to produce various kinds of constant velocity joints, semi-finished or finished. In recent years, our products have been widely exported to customers abroad: USA, Japan, South Korea and Chile, etc.
